This from the Boston Globe this morning....
Burns is looking at Jason Allison, Joe Thornton, and Shawn Bates at
center with the checking line pivotman to be either Mikko Eloranta (the
leading candidate), Sean Pronger, or Joel Prpic. Andreychuk, Sergei
Samsonov, and Axelsson will fill out the first three left-wing spots. On
the right side will be Anson Carter, Steve Heinze, and Rob DiMaio. Burns
said wings Ken Belanger, Landon Wilson, Eric Nickulas, and Cameron Mann
were in the mix.
NOT "in the mix" --- guess who...
How many times do I have to say: when the annual Peter Ferraro and the
Bruins article comes up, and no Bruins brass is quoted: expect him taking
a trip to Providence.
Watching for the waiver-protected lists to be posted today in the NHL...
