The BC penalty was on No. 15, who was sparring with Peter Metcalf.  I was told that the two jousted for a few seconds, and then the BC player took a swing at Metcalf, hitting a glancing blow. Metcalf went down--how theatrically, I don't know.

The ref had watch a number of potential penalties throughout the game from up close without calling them.
