The easy answer is that there is no clear way of knowing until the seedings
are announced.

They will seed the top four teams for the tournament.  Starting with #1,
they will assign that team to the regional site closest to them as the top
seed for that site.

This will continue through the top four schools, until all are assigned.

Based on the most recent Pairwise Rankings on uscho.com, they would be:

Colorado College - Minneapolis
Maine - Worcester
Cornell - Providence
BC or UNH (currently tied) - Ann Arbor, MI

A win or two the right/wrong way will be the differnce on where you are
playing, and not getting one of the top 4 seeds will not necessarily make it
any better.

Wish I could be more help, but that is the major downside to this whole
process, nobody will want to buy tickets for a Regional in advance, since
there is no guarantee at all.
