In that Washington Post intgerview of a couple years ago, Pierce--who had no sympathy for the likes of Pound--mentioned that he was writing a play concerning his arrest or detention of pound. Check the Post archives for the article. The guy lives in Virginia, I think, near DC. He is old, and in ill health, so catch him fast, I think, if you want to get ahold of him.

Ted Pierce was interviewed for the NPR segment on Pound's arrest some
years back -- May of 1995, I believe.  He has also been featured in a
story in the Washington Post of a couple years back.  I was
interviewed both for the NPR spot and for the Post story.
 
I know nothing of any screenplay.
