Maine at #1 Harvard -- Sat and Sun afternoon, Boston, Mass.
 
The Maine Lady Black Bear hockey team travels to Harvard for a pair of
games with the #1 Crimson in another test for the infant program.
 
Harvard boasts the ECAC's top three scorers and four of the top five
scores.  The Crimson are led by A.J. Mleczko, who is averaging over 3
points per game, with 10 goals and 30 assists for 40 points in only 13
games.  Tammy Shewchuk is second with 16-14--30 and Jennifer Botterill
has an impressive 12-15--27.
 
The young Black Bears are led by Raffi Wolf, who is tied for 9th in
ECAC overall scoring and tied for second in the ECAC in overall goals
scored.  Wolf has 13 goals and 8 assists for 21 points.  Wolf missed
the second half of Maine's last game after crashing head-first into the
boards.  Kira Misikowetz is second on the team in scoring with 6-9--15.
 
Harvard also boasts the top scoring defenseman in the ECAC.  Angela
Ruggiero has notched a 11-14--25 line in 13 games.  Kelly Nelson is
Maine's top D with 5-2--7.
 
Crystal Springer is Harvard's top netminder with a 1.39 goals against
average and a .936 save percentage.  Maine may play two goaltenders
this weekend.  Kathleen Hedges is Maine's top goalie with a 3.32 goals
against average while the Northeastern transfter has a .907 save
percentage.  Freshman Amanda Cronin has not seen any ECAC action since
losing to UNH 13-0 and has a 5.18 goals against average and a .852 save
percentage.
