Subject: Pound and Old English

Dear Pound List,
I hope members won't mind me drawing attention to my book, but it's
not immediately obviously from the title that it might be of interest
to Pound scholars, but the whole first chapter of Strange Likeness:
The Use of Old English in Twentieth-Century Poetry is about Pound.
In case members think this notice is too self-promoting, perhaps I
can point out that the whole of the Pound chapter is available as a
free pdf download, as part of Oxford's policy of making samples
available on line. You can get the download here
http://www.oup.com/uk/catalogue/?ci=9780199278329
(but if you did feel like getting your library to order the whole
thing, that would be much appreciated!)
All best wishes, Chris
