Dear members of the EPound Listserv,

Ezra Pound's music and life are the subject of some summer music and
theater events in New York and in Venice, Italy.

There will be a concert of the music of Ezra Pound and George Antheil on
June 18, 7.00 pm, at St Luke's Church in Manhattan: Greenwich Village
(487 Hudson Street just South of Christopher Street).

The concert is in conjunction with the current off-Broadway production
of TREASON by Sallie Bingham, and includes world premieres of Pound's
settings of Sestina Altaforte and Sestina in Homage, and the New York
premires of the complete Fiddle Music First Suite and Guido's Frottola.
For the complete music program, follow the links from the theater
website: http://www.perrystreettheatre.com/

You will also find information about the production TREASON, directed by
Martin Platt, and running June 8 - July 23rd at the Perry Street
Theatre, West Village, one block south of W. 11th Street, just West of
7th Avenue.
