Though it is immodest, I would suggest that anyone interested in Pound's
Fascism should read my two pieces of some years ago: "Ezra Pound's FascismL
Aberration or Essence" QUEEN'S QUARTERLY 96 (Autumn 1989) and
"Pound,Postmodernism, and Fascism" UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO QUARTERLY (Winter
1989/90). I also have a book forthcoming from Illinois Press which will shed
a good deal of light on the issue.
