I posed that question to UMaine A.D. Sue Tyler a couple of months ago, having
heard that field hockey coach Terry Kix had a policy prohibiting her players
from playing a second sport. Sue told me that Noriko could play ice hockey if
she wanted to, but that Terry quite understandably had a policy that stated
that field hockey players couldn't miss games or practices to play a second
sport (or something like that). I hope that's true.
