Hi,

I have a vague memory that Pound directly quotes Yeats's line "I made it out
of a mouthful of air" (from "He thinks of those who have Spoken Evil of his
Beloved") in his prose somewhere - can anyone point me in the right
direction? I know a few possible echoes or allusions in the Cantos (81/542:
"To have gathered from the air a live tradition"; 83/53: "begotten of air";
90/628: "the stone taking form in the air"), but I can't find the direct quote.

Many thanks
Sean

(and apologies if it's somewhere blindingly obvious and I've missed it)
