I can second the recommendation for Dinosaur BBQ; while I have never 
been to the one in Rochester, Dan and I have been to their location in 
Syracuse.  Without a doubt, some of the best food I have ever had, and 
worth every minute of the wait.  Try the Drunken Spicy Shameless Shrimp 
or the ribs.  Try everything!!!
