Just my 2 cents worth....
Doesn't he ALWAYS get into trouble at BC?

I still don't think he should have gotten the A anyway.

Hockey East should review those calls that involve a DQ (if they don't already), and have the right to place a DQ upon review by Bertagna, (on Eaves).

There was a real nice interview / review with Joe Exter on the 10:00 PM news last night. What a solid kid he is.

I missed the entire game, did we deserve the loss? Lack of skating, outskilled, overpassing, special teams played well / unwell?

I think the loss gets that monkey off our back and the boys can now focus on each game at hand, instead of having that shodow of "when will we lose our first".

Way to go Prestin. He may a great kid and all, but c'mon, that's not right, for a player OR a Captain....

> Prestin was crossing center ice, and gave Eaves a leg check. Eaves IMMEDIATELY turned to Prestin and retaliated with a cross check to the head. I mean this guy went right after Prestin, and then began swinging, engaging the same amount of time, entangled with #24. Now the linesman didn't make any immediate attempt to separate them. There were other scuffles (at least two) but not to the same measure as the one at center ice. It cannot go without stating that players from both sides, on the ice didn't immediately go to their respective benches - not only odd, but WRONG on BOTH benches. Once the officials did get them separated, Eaves still wanted a piece of Ryan, but that finally subsided. We felt that it took an inordinate amount of time for the officials to gather their notes, then talk about it, then talk about it more.

> Any fighting cannot be tolerated, but things like this 'just don't happen' - I feel that once the Officiating looses the picture in the contest, and doesn't <know how> or refuses to control the game, somebody can seriously get hurt. We are lucky in that respect.

Enjoy the little things for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
