Unfortunately, with the latest renovation, almost all standing areas are
no more.  The south end of the arena (used to be main entrance, coaches
office and press box) is the only place standing along the rail is
allowed.  The view is OK, but you are under the sky-boxes.
 
The north end is no-standing, but would be restricted sight-lines due to
the balcony overhead.
 
The east and west sides both have grandstands behind the walkways.
Since standing along the rail partially restricts the view from the 1st
few rows, it is also not allowed.
