Come learn about tools for digital preservation, content management and
display with your colleagues from the Maine Contemporary Archives and
around Maine! Get the basics on ArchiveIT, Archivematica, ArchivesSpace,
Past Perfect, Digital Commons and Omeka in 90 minutes. What can you use
them for? What do they cost? How easy are they to use? Join us and learn
the answers to these questions and more! There will be time for Q & A with
the presenters and to further discuss the pros and cons of each platform.
Presenters: Meagan Doyle (Bowdoin College), Cipperly Good (Penobscot Marine
Museum), Paul Fuller (University of Southern Maine), Elizabeth Russell
(University of Maine), Hannah Stevens (College of the Atlantic).
