Expected Duration: Most likely about 15 minutes, possibly more than once
Scope: MSLN Webserver

Summary: Operating system updates will be applied, followed by a reboot.
In addition an attempt will be made to debug an issue that has caused
the HTTPd server to hang up to the point of near unresponsiveness due to
high Wait I/O times. This may require multiple reboots.
