Congratulations, Jody!  My daughter Eva is currently a middle school student 
at Hall-dale and she loves going to the library and participating in book 
group!  I was very impressed with Jody's enthusiasm when I met her and I'm 
glad she's being recognized for all she does!

The Maine Association of School Libraries has just awarded the 2013 Walter 
J. Taranko Library Media Specialist of the Year to Jody Bacheldor of 
Hall-Dale Middle/High School in RSU #2.

It was a very exciting and moving school assembly with special appearances 
by family, MASL, fellow librarians, Reading Round Up committee members, and 
the Hall-Dale Band and Jazz Choir.
