Ladd Library, Bates College is seeking a full time, full year Library
Assistant in ILL - Lending.

One of several in the Access Services Department, this position is
responsible for coordinating all aspects of the ILLiad interlibrary loan
operation with an emphasis on lending functions. With a continual daily
stream of requests in both borrowing and lending functions and consortial
agreements of turnaround speed, the Assistant is cross-trained to handle
all borrowing functions, if necessary.

They also perform general circulation service desk duties, including
assisting patrons and training and supervising our student assistants.
