I am working on updating our meeting room policy, which includes our rental fee schedule.  If you would share the following with me offlist, I'll happily compile and share with others as requested:

Size of space:  (ie our space holds up to 90 people or splits to hold up to 40 each side)
Amenities:  ie technology and/or kitchen space included in fee
Availability:  ie:  after library hours?
Rental Fees:  what do you charge?  Fee schedule

If it's easier to just send me your policy via attachment, that is just fine with me as well!
