We have lost SEVERAL in the past couple of months, exactly the same way. Our
audios are kept close to the circ desk so the person is clever and SNEAKY.
Ouch.

Subject: [MELIBS-L] Curious Case of Audio Book Theft
Hi all-we have recently (today) had two audio books ready to be checked
out, but upon opening the cases we see that there are no CDs, just the
empty case envelopes. One was an older book, but one was just cataloged and
put on the new shelf. Which is so unfortunate.
I don't think there is much to do, but wanted to alert people to possible
missing items.
