Hi Everyone,

I just finished a program with Mike Ivankovich (https://michaelivankovichmeetingspeaker.com/) about downsizing called "So your kids don't want it, what do you do?" and it was fabulous.  You may have seen emails from Mike showcasing some of his antiques, auctioning, and downsizing programs.  We took a chance here in Wells and I was really happy with the presentation he did via Zoom.   He has a wealth of information about downsizing and didn't shy away from saying...those old moldy books are not valuable, please just throw them away and don't give them to the library.  His programs run about 1.5 hours but its very informative the whole time.
