No question they need someone to get them in better shape, etc, whether it's coaching or a C doing it doesn't matter, as long as it happens.  I just think he's too much of a "Timmy time bomb".  Like I said, he's talented, but too damn hot headed.  Cory LaRose was there to keep B. Walsh down, who can keep Ryan down.....No-one has done it yet.......coaches included......
