My wife tried it this past weekend w/ the UNH game.  She was only able to
see about 5 minutes worth of the game, and from that point on had nothing
but technical difficulties.  On top of it, she was still billed the $15.
 
I would recommend looking for some sort of local TV broadcast/feed. 
Sometimes the forums on USCHO.com will offer some sort of link to an
alternate option.
