We are getting a little crazy here, we want all the people directly
ahead of us in PWR (including Lowell, North Dakota, etc.) to LOSE.  If
they tank the rest of the season, it helps us get in more than having
them win and then having us beat them.  If they lose AND we beat them
we'll end their season.
