Women’s Ice Hockey To Hold Basket Bingo


ORONO, Maine-- The University of Maine women’s ice hockey team will
hold its fifth annual Basket Bingo on Saturday, April 3, 2004 at the
Old Town Elks Lodge #1287 from 1-4 p.m. There will be 17 games with 17
baskets and over $1300 in prizes available to be won. There is limited
seating available for this event, so you should reserve your tickets
early. Tickets are $10 and each ticket entitles the holder to nine
bingo cards for each game. If you have questions or want to purchase
tickets, contact UMaine head coach Rick Filighera at 207-581-1716.

The Black Bears play their final home games of the season on Feb. 27
and 28 when they host Boston College. The game on Friday starts at 4
p.m., while it is a noon faceoff on Saturday. Prior to the game on
Satuday, Maine will honor its four seniors. For additional information,
