If you have broken etiquette, then the etiquette should be changed!  I
encourage you to go up to the rink even if you aren't successful in getting a
ticket before.  You may be on the receiving end of a give-away, as I gave four
tickets away outside the rink on Sunday after the rest of my family came down
with the yucky flu and were unable to go.  I wanna tell you - I have not been
that popular with strange men since college!
 
Also, have you tried calling BC's ticket office?
