Fairpoint currently believes our outage is part of a widespread problem
they are experiencing throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.  We
have been able to tie some additional outages we are seeing in Bath,
Kennebunk, and York (among others) in with this same issue as well.

Fairpoint is continuing to investigate, however they do not have an ETA
yet at this point.
