To forge successful public relationships it is imperative to "talk their
language', to come from their perspective and to articulate what you
offer in terms of "what's in it for them". Whether you are talking one
on one or with groups, organize and support your points in engaging ways
as you learn how to appeal to your audience/customer's "head" and
"heart". Increase your persuasiveness by learning how to "paint
pictures" that stick and build conversations of influence.

Process.
