Scope: UMS and MSLN backend mail servers, NM

Summary: 
	We are applying service that requires a reboot to the UMS and MSLN back-end mail servers, the Farmington, Orono, Augusta and Portland Name/DHCP/LDAP servers and to NameD (NM, Roaming, Self registration).  We will do one at a time and each should be down for 5 minutes or so.  There will be brief outages on e-mail (no mail will be lost) and NM and roaming.  DHCP, LDAP and Name services are all redundant and should have no outages.
