Hi Laura -

They could publish their site as a template (in Site Settings under General).  They could log in with a different Google account, create a new site, and use the template they created.  I haven't tried it, but I think it should work...

Some of our seniors have created wonderful art portfolios in Google Sites
and would like to save them...and ideally transfer them to another account.
