Scope: LAC generator/trransfer switch

Summary: 
	Will be coordinating with USM Faculties on maintenance  on the transfer switch for the generator at LAC.  We will be running on the UPS, alternate power will be provided by Facilities.

After the replacement parts are in place we will be testing the transfer switch.
