Scope: UMS, learn.maine, UCU, & MAIC websites; online.maine final
destination site (server: Orwell)

Summary: Kernel and core library updates are available and will be
applied. Once this has been done the machine will be rebooted.
The intent is to have this done early in case other maintenance needs to
be done that may overlap.
