Summary: 
	Will be upgrading a Netapp SAN's hardware. 
Most large services (Peoplesoft, BlackBoard, etc..) will continue running during the upgrade as there currently isn't too much production data on the filer getting upgraded. Some Virtual Machines will be down during the upgrade. Ken Grindle will be contacting you if your VM will be affected.
