Scope: ITS Internal Wiki primary, MSLN-hosted sites, erpdocs.maine.edu,
MDLP & AP4ALL web spaces

Summary: A convergence of three things leads to this maintenance
	(1) Updates to core libraries and the kernel are available
	(2) Changes need to be made to the Maine Distance Learning
		Project and AP4ALL sites that cannot be made during
		business hours
	(3) A CIFS mount used by this machine is not functioning 
		correctly. It is hoped that restarting will release the
		mount.
	To deal with these issues the web server will be taken offline,
	changes made, updates installed, and when ready it will be 
	restarted.
