TWC completed the equipment swap and all traffic, including multicast appears back to normal.

The reboot this morning did not fix the issue so TWC is going to swap out their gear in Fort Kent and Presque Isle at 0500 tomorrow.  They will be replacing the equipment with the original equipment.  FK and PI campuses will be down during the maintenance - it should last no more than 30 minutes.
