Summary: 
	With the data-center upgrades & changes happening, power needs to be migrated to new temporary feeds while electrical panels are moved. Some non-redundant powered devices will need to be shutdown and cords moved.  Redundant powered devices should remain up and affected.

Devices likely to loose power:
- Tangberg servers
- CAT-P-ITS
- USM switch sci-237-3524
- Blackhole
- Akamai server farm

Each device should only be down for brief (~5-10) amount of time.
