Scope: UPayProxy, Discoverer, and the WebDSIS, WebGift, ADA, EApp,
CRSEval, InfoReq, sis_misc, and umssec PL/SQL driven web applications
Summary:
	During this time, due to maintenance on the SAN infrastructure, the
above noted applications will be unavailable during the normal Sunday
work period and for a short period of time before and likely afterward
for an as of yet undetermined period of time. It is our intention to
have all services back up and running by Noon on Sunday.
