9 - 9:30 coffee/registration

9:30 -- Welcome and introductions

9:30 - 10:30 -- GEE WHIZ: Conversations about the future of Library
Catalog Systems and implications for Maine, Consortia/Cooperation, how
MaineCat actually works, etc.

10:30 - 10:45 --  BREAK

10:45 – 11:30 -- HOW:  instructions, tips, tricks.

11:30 – 12:30 --  POLICY: Loan rules, what to loan?, walk-in borrowing?  etc.

12:30 - 1:30 --  LUNCH

1:30 - 2:30 -- Defining the problems.  Break out groups by systems
(independents, Minerva, URSUS, SOLAR, etc.)

2:30 - 3 -- Group reports and discussions

3 - 4pm --  Planning for the future, changes to be made?, plans to be
implemented?
