As far as the WCHA playoffs, I would like to see something like this:

1st round, all teams play a best of 3.  Leaving 6 teams remaining for the
Final Six, reseeding them going into the championship weekend.

Then have it bracketed:

       1___
5____      \_____
     \_____/     \
6____/            \
                   \_________
3____              /
     \_____       /
4____/     \_____/
       2___/

This way the top seeded team will get to play the lowest seeded team after a
play in game and the 2nd seeded team will get to play the second lowest
seeded team after the play in game.  Just my thoughts here...
