Scope: QAS Batch, QAS Pro Client, QAS Web address checking support in
MaineStreet

Summary: 
	I'll be attempting to upgrade the system hosting the QAS server daemons
from RedHat Enterprise Linux release 4 to release 5. If the upgrade does
not stabilize by the end of the service window I'll be rolling back to a
pre-upgrade snapshot.
