Summary: 
	Will be upgrading our call processing servers for our IP telephony.  ITS IP phones will experience a brief outage as phones update firmware.  This will take approximately 5 minutes.

Will also be applying Windows updates on our Windows servers during the normal maintenance window starting at 5 AM.  This will affect ITS exchange and file servers.  Downtime will be minimal.
