For Erik Volpe:
You might start with World War I and Wyndham Lewis's memoir BLASTING AND BOMBARDIERING. There are chapters in it on Ezra Pound and James Joyce.
And Walter Michel's WYNDHAM LEWIS: Paintings and Drawings (Berkeley, 1971) has hundreds of b-w plates and more than a dozen color plates, including a portrait and several drawings of Ezra Pound.
A further suggestion: you might want to study Lewis's works in chronological order.
Black Sparrow Press has reissued a number of his works.
