Hey James,

We are in agreement! Merrimack played their system to perfection!
Maine could not penetrate at all on the power play, and on a couple
of occasions left one guy at the point without rotating someone
back. Maine had just started to control play territorially when MC
got the shortie and it took us awhile to regroup.

However Maine was better team in second and in the 3rd until they
gave up the tie-breaker with 12 minutes to go. And then Maine
started pressing, and running around in their own end.

As James said, first goal was a breakaway for MC, the rest were all
off rebounds, which means our D were not winning battles at the net
front. Meanwhile MC was giving rebounds off which we were unable to
stuff.

Last loss to Merrimack was in February of 2002 by a score of 5-2, let
us hope that we can recover and score more than 1 tonight!!!!!!
