Scope: Connectivity to Campus

Summary: 
	We will be replacing switches in Folsom Hall this will affect connectivity to the campus as the swap is made.  Downtime for this portion should be minimal.  Connectivity will be affected for most of Folsom Hall during the maintenance window.  If time permits Emerson Annex switch will be swapped out as well.
