For anyone who couldn't wait 'til Sunday for the Michigan-Ohio State box for
November 19th's game, here's a short version, courtesy of the Ann Arbor News
(and when I say "courtesy," I mean I'm rippin' it off):
First Period: U-M, Oliver 11 (Wiseman, Felsner) (pp), U-M, Ouimet 4 (Helber,
Neaton) (pp), U-M, Ouimet 5 (unassisted), U-M, Stewart 3 (Neaton) (pp),
OSU, Guilbault 4 (Choi, Schriner) (pp).
Second Period: OSU, Richards 2 (Burke, Choi) (pp), U-M Tamer 2 (Felsner) (pp)
OSU, Loney 6 (Walsh, Smith) (pp), U-M, Felsner 10 (Wiseman) (pp).
Third Period: U-M, Roberts 5 (Wiseman) (pp), U-M, Stiver 2 (Roberts),
U-M, Stiver 3 (Ouimet, Neaton).
By my count, that's nine of twelve goals scored on the power play. There are
too many penalties for me to list here, so let me just count 'em up. It looks
like fifteen minors assessed to Ohio State and sixteen minors and a
ten-minute misconduct (Roberts) assessed to Michigan.
Goalies: OSU, Bales (8-7-7--22 saves); U-M, Gordon (9-11-5--25)
Referee: Roger Graff
Attendance: 5,387
