It should be noted, since there was much speculation about this in the
beginning of the year, that Chris O'Sullivan seems to be doing very well
on the forward line so far. IMO, Grier's first goal could be credited to
O'Sullivan. I can't count the times this year that I've seen him carry
the puck into the zone and make some kind of incredible play to either
score himself or set up a goal for someone else. I definitely think that
much of Grier's success this year is directly related to O'Sullivan's
(and Thornton's) playmaking ability. Not to say that Grier couldn't do
what he's done without them, but they definitely raise the level when
they're out there. So far, O'Sullivan is my candidate for team MVP.
Hopefully he can keep it up. Smart thinking Jack Parker.
