Scope: Outside fibers links,  Routers at some of these sites, USM will be the modem pool.

Summary: 
	We will be working with some fiber that connects the University System to our Internet Providers.  This should not cause a disruption, but noting in case of an occurrence.  

The core router for these sites will be upgraded;

Hancock Coop Ext.
Piscataquis Coop Ext.
Waldo Coop Ext.
Penquis CC
College of the Atlantic

Additionally these routers at these sites will be upgraded;

Water Street (Augusta site for Muskie)
Penquis CC
Hancock Coop Ext
Maine Maritime Academy

The modem pool at USM will also be upgraded and will affect users on reboot.  Orono/Bangor modem pool, one of the servers will be upgraded, should not affect any users.  

Downtime should be minimal for all sites as equipment reboots.
