let UND use their name for NCAA events. I think a lot of it has to do with
the arena and the fact that most schools don't have such a nice facility for
division one hockey. I also think the NCAA was surprised that UND stood up
to them. In the end when it is all said and done and the UND lawyers are
doing taking depositions from all 20 NCAA employees and after this drags out
for some time, maybe the NCAA will get tired I am pretty sure they didn’t
want this to go to court. I have been told by someone in the know that we
are getting a lot of support behind the scenes from other schools.
