Summary: 
	Adding memory to Quartz and perhaps to Chert.  Quartz does mail relaying/filtering and handles the database for UMS web mail, mail monitoring, DCC and greylisting.  Chert does mail relaying/filtering and is the web server for UMS web mail.  Mail relay/filtering may slow down for the duration of the maintenance, but should not stop.  Web mail (Horde) will be unavailable.
