Scope: Modem Pool and Upgrades of Switches missed in last round.

Summary: 
	Switches missed in the last round of upgrades will be done during the maintenance window.  We will be doing maintenance on the Orono modem pool.  We will also be doing maintenance in Lord Hall that will affect connectivity on the third floor.
