Summary: 
	We are re-booting named.unet.maine.edu to put a new kernel into effect.  This should take only a few minutes, but while it is rebooting, NM, Roaming, Self-registration, Mail Account manager and rpmfind will not be available.

In order to allow an upgrade, we are changing the pointer for mail1.maine.edu (Horde, SSL mail relay) from samuel.unet.maine.edu to chert.unet.maine.edu.  When the change takes place users of Horde (web mail) will loose their sessions and will have to log back in.
